# Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE:

1. Trial Version

We offer a 5 (team) trial version of our SaaS to allow customers to evaluate the Software as a Service (SaaS) and determine if it meets their needs (“Trial Programme”). It is highly recommended that customers take advantage of this trial period before committing to a subscription.

2. No Refunds

If after exploring the trail, and the customer has chosen to subscribe to our SaaS solution, all payments made for the subscription are non-refundable. By making a payment for the subscription, the customer acknowledges that they have had ample opportunity to evaluate the SaaS during the trial period and have determined that it meets their needs.

3. Exceptions

In certain extraordinary circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis, if no term of the Trial Programme is breached, and must be requested within 10 days of the initial subscription payment.

<br>

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations will not result in a refund of any pre-paid fees. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.
