Q1: What is the Atlass Trial Subscription Agreement?
A: It's a contract between FusPay Technologies Inc. and a customer for using the Atlass SaaS solution during a trial period.
Q2: How do I agree to the terms of the Trial Subscription Agreement?
A: You agree by accessing the services or clicking "accept."
Q3: Is there a fee for the trial subscription?
A: No, the trial is free of charge.
Q4: What happens if the trial ends or is terminated?
A: You must stop using the services and documentation, and some provisions like confidentiality will still apply.
Q5: What can I do during the trial?
A: You can use the services for internal business operations with up to five users.
Q6: Can the Service Provider subcontract the services?
A: Yes, but they remain responsible for the services provided by subcontractors.
Q7: How long is the trial period?
A: The trial starts when you agree to the terms and lasts for the specified period (as long as the Customer maintains a maximum of five authorized users).
Q8: Do I get a software license during the trial?
A: No, you only get access credentials to use the services.
Q9: What are my responsibilities as a customer?
A: You are responsible for your users' actions, keeping data accurate and legal, and maintaining confidentiality.
Q10: What is the Atlass Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
A: The DPA outlines how FusPay Technologies Inc. ("Service Provider") will process personal data for the Customer, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Q11: What responsibilities do the Customer and Service Provider have?
A: The Customer provides the data and ensures it is lawful to process. The Service Provider processes the data as instructed and keeps it secure.
Q12: What happens if there is a data breach?
A: The Service Provider must inform the Customer within 36 hours and help fix or lessen the impact of the breach.
Q13: Can the Service Provider share my data with others?
A: The Service Provider can only share data with third parties if the Customer agrees, except when using approved Sub-Processors.
Q14: What is a Sub-Processor and how are they used?
A: Sub-Processors are third parties that help process data. The Service Provider can use them but must inform the Customer of any changes. The Customer can object to these changes.
Q15: How is data handled if it’s processed outside Nigeria?
A: The Service Provider ensures data processed outside Nigeria is protected according to data protection laws, possibly using Standard Contractual Clauses.
Q16: Can the Customer audit the Service Provider’s data processing?
A: Yes, the Customer can audit once a year with reasonable notice. The Customer must pay for the audit costs.
Q17: What is data minimization?
A: Data minimization means only sharing the necessary personal data with the Service Provider to perform their duties. The Customer should limit the amount of data provided.
Q18: What happens to my data when the agreement ends?
A: When the Master Agreement ends, the Service Provider will delete or return the personal data to the Customer as requested, unless the law requires them to keep it.
Q19: Can I get a refund if I subscribe after the trial?
A: No, once you subscribe, payments are non-refundable, so be sure to test the software during the trial.
Q20: Are there any exceptions to the no-refund policy?
A: Sometimes, Atlass may provide a refund or credIt if requested within 10 days of subscribing and no trial terms are broken.
Q21: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
A: Yes, you can cancel anytime, but you won't get a refund for prepaid fees.
Q22: When does the service end after cancellation?
A: Your service stays active until the current billing cycle ends, and then it won't renew.
